Lutonian Complete Junior Finals Day Treble
Lutonian claimed U11, U13 and U15 honours after three competitive finals across Luton and Blunham.
Lutonian Cricket Club completed a memorable clean sweep at Cricket East Junior Finals Day, winning the U11, U13 and U15 titles.
Three competitive finals were played on Monday 31 August across Luton Women & Girls Cricket Club and Blunham Cricket Club, bringing together young players from Lutonian, Elstow and Biddenham.
In the U11 final, Lutonian scored 104/4 from 16 overs, producing a net score of 184. Elstow replied with 95/7 for a net score of 160.
The U13 final saw Lutonian post 130/9 from 20 overs before dismissing Biddenham for 112.
Lutonian completed the treble in the U15 final. Elstow made 96/7 from their 20 overs, before Lutonian reached 100/3 in 16.3 overs to secure victory.
