Cricket East is delighted to announce the appointment of Ryan Allan as our new Chief Executive Officer.

Ryan joined Cricket East on Thursday 3 September 2026, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise that will help us build on our successes and deliver our future ambitions for cricket across Bedfordshire and Huntingdonshire.

Ryan brings significant commercial and leadership experience, alongside a strong passion for participation and growth. He has a proven track record of developing new and sustainable revenue streams, providing clear strategic and operational direction, strengthening governance, and working within the county cricket board environment.

As Chief Executive Officer, Ryan will work closely with our staff, Board and the many clubs, leagues, officials, volunteers, and partners who play such an important role in cricket across our two counties.

His appointment comes at an exciting time for Cricket East as we continue to strengthen the organisation, develop our partnerships and create more opportunities for people and communities to engage with and enjoy cricket.
