At Cricket East, our work is about more than numbers. It is about enriching lives and creating opportunities across Bedfordshire and Huntingdonshire. Guided by our vision to promote social justice and our mission to empower individuals, unite communities and nurture talent, 2025 has been a year of remarkable growth and impact. Through collaboration with schools, clubs, leagues and the wider community, we have expanded participation at every level, from grassroots initiatives to performance pathways.

This year, the continued growth of women’s and girls’ cricket has been a standout achievement, reflecting our commitment to equity, inclusivity and diversity. Programmes such as Hotshots, junior leagues and targeted club support have not only increased participation, but also strengthened local cricketing networks and created long-term opportunities for players, coaches and volunteers. The 2025 Impact Report highlights how, through cricket, we are connecting communities, fostering talent and delivering meaningful experiences that make a difference both on and off the field.
