Cricket East is seeking an inspiring and strategic Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation in its next phase of growth and development. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of cricket across two counties, driving participation, performance, inclusion, and community impact.

As CEO, you will provide strong, visible leadership — delivering the ambitions of our Countywide Strategic Plan, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring cricket becomes the most inclusive team sport in Bedfordshire and Huntingdonshire. You will work closely with our Board, staff, volunteers, County Clubs, and community partners to grow the game, nurture talent, and ensure cricket enriches lives.
