Coaching team required...
As announced last week, we are really excited about the new Bedfordshire and Huntingdonshire Women's County Team, entered into Tier 3 of the new Women's County Cricket structure for 2025.
We are now seeking a coaching team so support the planning and delivery of the Women's cricket programme in 2025.
The successful individuals will have proven success in creating a collaborative, supportive and inclusive team ethos (players and support team) within cricket. We are looking for positive role models with a growth mindset and a winning mentality.
The Head Coach we are looking for will be a resilient, emotionally intelligent leader who is accustomed to being accountable for successful team outcomes. A person who is skilled and comfortable with communicating their expectations with honesty, empathy and clarity.
Whilst we are young on our journey of County Women’s cricket, we are extremely ambitious about the future of Women and Girls cricket across Bedfordshire and Huntingdonshire and would expect the coaching team to be equally as enthused and positive about the future of female participation locally. The roles we are seeking within this set up, as well as the requirements involved are details below.
Head Coach - Main Responsibilities
Remuneration - £6000, split across even monthly payments January 2025 to September 2025.
