Becoming a cricket official can be a rewarding pastime for older cricketers and an excellent way to keep in touch with the game long after playing careers are over.
For younger participants it is an opportunity to be at the centre of events with “The Best Seat in the House”. The National Cricket Playing Survey shows a higher satisfaction rate for players when games are officiated by qualified cricket officials.
