Within cricket, we are committed to Raising The Game to build a more inclusive sport. You could play an integral part in our journey by chairing the Race in Cricket Employee Network.
As part of the ECB’s Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Action Plan, we have committed to creating gamewide employee networks which bring together people from underrepresented groups in cricket. This Race in Cricket employee network will be one of a number of networks, including Women In Cricket which has recently been established.
